We’re Mathieu and Lucie — two French chiropractors trained in Barcelona.
Over the years, we saw the same pattern again and again:
people receive care in fragments — pain with one person, digestion with another, stress or emotions somewhere else.
But your system doesn’t work in separate parts.
Our vision is different.
We created The 5 Levels Clinic to offer one unified method that works across all layers of healing — structural, biochemical, neurological, emotional, and directional.
Meet Mathieu — Chiropractor
Mathieu’s journey began with years of chronic health issues — tonsillitis, allergies, asthma, severe acne, and recurring sports injuries.
Chiropractic was the first place where someone looked at his whole story, not just a symptom. That moment changed everything.
While studying at IFEC and later at the Barcelona College of Chiropractic, he realised something important:
many patients improved… but many didn’t — including himself.
That opened a lifelong investigation.
Mathieu dove into Applied Kinesiology (AK), Traditional Acupuncture, Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET) and Human Design. Piece by piece, a new map emerged — one that finally explained how structure, chemistry, the nervous system and emotions influence each other.
His own periods of stress, overload, and self-doubt pushed him to explore the emotional and relational layers with the same curiosity as the physical ones.
Experience & Clinical Role
Mathieu graduated in 2021 and has been in full-time clinical practice ever since, treating a wide range of cases in his private clinic in France before co-founding The 5 Levels Clinic in Barcelona.
Over the past years, he has performed hundreds of assessments and built extensive experience with complex, multi-layer cases involving structure, biochemistry, the nervous system, and emotional regulation.
Meet Lucie — Chiropractor
Lucie’s story began with migraines, digestive issues, sports injuries, and years of feeling physically tense and emotionally overwhelmed. Chiropractic was the first environment where she felt truly understood — not just treated. That experience shaped her path.
During her studies at IFEC and the Barcelona College of Chiropractic, she noticed the same pattern as Mathieu:
people stay stuck when only one layer of their system is addressed. This sparked a deep curiosity for how the whole system fits together — structure, biochemistry, the nervous system, emotions, and deeper patterns.
Driven by this curiosity, Lucie trained in a wide range of integrative tools: Applied Kinesiology (AK), Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET), Internal Family Systems principles (IFS), and Human Design. These studies helped her make sense of her own patterns and brought clarity and coherence to her clinical work.
Experience & Clinical Role
Lucie graduated in July 2025 and entered clinical practice shortly after. She spent the following months treating patients, refining her skills, and observing Mathieu’s sessions closely to integrate the 5 Levels Approach in real time.
She works under Mathieu’s clinical direction and receives ongoing mentorship as she builds experience with the 5 Levels framework.
