We’re Mathieu and Lucie — two French chiropractors trained in Barcelona.
After graduating, we spent years refining a method that works across all layers of healing: structural, biochemical, neurological, emotional, relational, and spiritual.
What we saw again and again is that people move from chiropractor to physio, from nutritionist to acupuncturist, from coach to therapist… yet still feel unseen because no one connects the dots.
Our vision is different.
Instead of separate practitioners holding separate pieces, we offer one unified approach where everything is evaluated together inside a coherent, integrative system.
This is why we returned to Barcelona: to create The 5 Levels Clinic — a space where people finally experience multi-layer healing through one philosophy, one direction, and a complete understanding of their system.
Meet Mathieu — Clinical Investigator & Method Builder
Clinically trained chiropractor, specialized in global system reprogramming.
Mathieu grew up with chronic tonsillitis, asthma, allergies, severe acne, and repeated sports injuries.
A major training injury led him to chiropractic — the first place he felt truly understood. That moment set him on the path to becoming a practitioner.
After studying at IFEC and later at the Barcelona College of Chiropractic, he quickly realized that something was missing: many patients improved, but many didn’t — including himself.
This drove him to spend evenings and weekends studying beyond the classical model: Applied Kinesiology, Functional Medicine, Functional Neurology, mind-body approaches, and trauma-release tools.
This investigation led to the creation of the 5 Levels Approach — a framework that finally made sense of the complexity of human health.
Back in France, Mathieu spent three years refining this model in practice. His own periods of doubt, stress, and emotional overload pushed him to explore Levels 3 and 4 with the same depth as the structural and biochemical layers.
Today, Mathieu continues to evolve the 5 Levels map.
He works through Levels 1–4 using precise testing, structural and biochemical corrections, nervous-system regulation, and targeted emotional release.
His role is to reset the system, help people understand what is actually happening inside their body, and give them a clear roadmap forward.
Meet Lucie — Precision, Insight & Multi-Layer Understanding
Clinically trained chiropractor, specialized in multi-layer emotional work.
Lucie’s journey began with years of volleyball and handball injuries, debilitating migraines, and recurring health issues. Chiropractic was the first place where she felt truly listened to — an experience that shaped her desire to help others.
She studied at IFEC and later at the Barcelona College of Chiropractic. Early on, she noticed the same pattern as Mathieu: many people remain stuck simply because only one layer of their system is addressed. Her own struggles pushed her to explore not only structural and biochemical approaches, but also emotional and relational layers.
Working alongside Mathieu in France confirmed this intuition: real, lasting progress happens when you see the whole person — and when the emotional system is given real space.
Lucie also went through periods of stress, doubt, and emotional overload. Through deep personal work, trauma-informed methods, and parts-based understanding inspired by IFS, she learned to recognise her own patterns. That clarity now shapes her unique clinical presence.
Today, Lucie works deeply through Levels 3–5.
She blends NET, somatic release, attachment-inspired understanding, and applied Human Design to help people transform emotional loops, relational patterns, and reconnect with direction and meaning.
Her sessions are warm, gentle, and spacious — ideal for deep emotional and relational work.
